Please check Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for information relating to travel documents required for entry to Canada. Students studying for fewer than six months generally require a visitor visa. Students studying for more than six months generally require a study permit.

Complete our Registration Form.
Once ECLC receives your application, we will contact you to arrange payment of the application fee.
Once your application fee is paid, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance and an invoice.
You can pay your fees using Flywire.
If you have applied for a host family, ECLC will send a Host Family Profile when you confirm flight arrival information.
If you do not hear from us within two (2) business days from submitting your application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that your application was received.
