STEP 3

Fill out online application or send us your completed paper application!

STEP 4

Receive your Letter of Acceptance, invoice, and welcome letter from the ECLC Registrar.

STEP 5

Pay your fees according to the invoice received.

If you are under 19 years old, sign and submit your notarized custodianship/guardianship letter and minor participation terms.

If you choose to stay with homestay, submit your homestay contract and let us know your flight information. 

STEP 6

Receive your updated invoice from ECLC's Registrar and receive your Homestay Profile from our
Homestay Coordinator.
