Bishop's University

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enter directly into all of Bishop's undergraduate programs.

Bishop's University boasts some of Canada's best university professors. Our 125 full time faculty members are involved in extensive research and publishing - however they have chosen to work at Bishop's because they love to teach and work with undergraduate students. Great emphasis is put on personal contact between students and professors through small classes and frequent use of seminars, laboratories, and tutorials.

Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enter directly into all of CCATCM’s diploma and certificate programs.

We are the only college in Atlantic Canada affiliated with leading colleges in Ontario and British Columbia and with connections to universities and hospitals in China. This makes it possible for our students to graduate with an enriched diploma of acupuncture here at CCATCM, then go on and pursue a Diploma of Doctor of TCM and then pursue Masters and Phd degrees in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Our connections to major Chinese hospitals allows our students to enrich their clinical practice through an internship if they so choose.


Dalhousie University

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enter directly into all of Dalhousie’s undergraduate programs. 
  • For Dalhousie’s graduate programs, ECLC graduates must take an additional three month pre-graduate program at Dalhousie following UCP 500.

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enrol in a two-year diploma program in early childhood education

The Nova Scotia College of Early Childhood Education (NSCECE) has more than 40 years’ experience preparing students for a career in early childhood education. The two-year diploma program in early childhood education offers hands-on, practical experience in child care centres. For those who decide to pursue an undergraduate degree, credits can be transferred from NSCECE to a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies at Mount Saint Vincent University, another one of ECLC’s partners.


NSCAD University

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enter directly into all of NSCAD’s undergraduate and graduate programs.
Nova Scotia College of Arts and Design (NSCAD University) is Canada's premier independent university dedicated to advancing the visual arts through education, research and production. Part of Nova Scotia's cultural landscape since 1887, NSCAD has offered graduate and undergraduate degrees in fine and media arts, craft, design and art history for more than 30 years. Our School of Extended Studies also offers an exhaustive list of courses and certificate programs. Nova Scotia Community College

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 400 program can enter directly into all of NSCC’s diploma programs.

The Nova Scotia Community College is a province-wide training and education system housed at thirteen campuses. Practical, hands-on programs provide students with competencies and skills that meet and exceed international standards. NSCC offers more than 110 full-time programs in several disciplines including applied arts and new media, IT, industrial arts and technologies, health and human services, and business. Customized and on-line training programs for business, industry and government agencies form a major component of education and training activities on every campus.




Nova Scotia International Student Program

The Nova Scotia International Student Program (NSISP) is a joint venture between the provincial Department of Education and the seven English language school boards. With over 850 full-time students, the NSISP is one of the largest international student programs in Canada.  

NSISP offers high school education to students around the world. Single semester and/or full year programs are available in over 90 junior and senior high schools and there are two ESL camps offered in July and August. Students aged 8-18 can participate in the NSISP.

NSISP and ECLC have partnered to offer the Nova Scotia Education Immersion Program.

University of King's College 

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP program can enter directly into all of Kings’ undergraduate programs. 
  • For Kings’ graduate programs, ECLC graduates must take an additional three month pre-graduate program at Dalhousie following UCP 500.

Renowned for their interdisciplinary programs in the Liberal Arts and Journalism, King's is catered toward the curious minds of the world. University of Prince Edward Island

  • ECLC students who graduate from our UCP 500 program can enter directly into all of UPEI’s undergraduate programs.

Located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada’s smallest and greenest province and home to world-famous seafood, the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) is a great small university that prides itself in offering a unique interdisciplinary educational experience for every student. With students from over 70 countries, we offer the Buddy Program, designed to ensure a smooth transition for new international students, English Academic Preparation courses, and a New Student Orientation each January and September. UPEI’s four faculties (Arts, Education, Science, and Veterinary Medicine) and three schools (Engineering, Business and Nursing) provide over 100 program offerings to approximately 4,400 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students. UPEI is noted for open access to over 1,100 exceptional faculty and research staff. The new School of Sustainable Design Engineering offers small classes within an activity-based learning environment, the first university in Canada to do this. Students will receive a bachelor’s degree in sustainable engineering with a focus in mechatronics, sustainable energy and bio-resources.
